Refreshments will be served. Officers for the FOTPL board are elected, reports made available, and volunteers recognized for their service to the library. While members of the executive board are willing to continue in their respective positions, interested parties can run for office and nominations are accepted from the floor.

GARY WASHBURN, IGGY JANG & FRIENDS PERFORM AT THE PEOPLE’S THEATRE: 7 p.m., Thursday, July 16, Honokaa People’s Theatre. The String Program of the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival (HPAF) makes a long-awaited return to the theater, showcasing string quartets and soloists with orchestral accompaniment, performing favorite selections. Highlighting the evening is HPAF’s yearly anticipated collaboration with Grammy winner Gary Washburn and his jazz band.
