College scholarship available for Waikoloa seniors

Waikoloa Lions Club is offering a $1,000 college scholarship. Any Waikoloa senior can apply.

The deadline is Oct. 31. The winner will also be honored in the annual Waikoloa Christmas parade as Snow King or Queen.
