Cleaning up the town center

On Sunday, June 28 from 7 to 10:30 a.m., Waimea Outdoor Circle welcomes volunteers to participate in the annual Matson’s Ka Ipu Aina (container for the land) Program. The project will include removing litter, weeding, trimming and sprucing up the center of town. Volunteers will meet at the Ikua Purdy statue at Parker Ranch Center, where trash bags and tools will be provided, along with snacks and refreshments.
